My background includes 7 years in banking (branch operations manager, reviewing loan applications, deploying capital) and 10+ years as fractional CFO to businesses across agriculture, education, and services.

I founded VIISI Consult because I saw a gap: hundreds of profitable East African businesses couldn't access capital because they couldn't prove they were ready to steward it. They needed someone who understood both sides—the entrepreneur's financial chaos AND the investor's requirements.
